50 films from 21 countries participate in the 2nd Film Olympiad Grand Prix and compete for medals in 30 categories.

“A Man in Chain” by Alireza Mirasadollah from United Kingdom, received most Gold Medals (7) out of 10 nominations, including the Best Film, Best People’s Choice, Best Documentary & Best Director Gold Medals.

Alexis Jeannot from Belgium participated with one Fiction Film and one Documentary, winning the first ever 6 Gold Medals for Belgium, in a Film Olympiad Grand Prix.

Films from Lebanon, Sweden, China, Spain, USA  also won Gold Medals for the first time.

24 films from 16 countries won either a Gold, Silver or Bronze Medal.
