After six Film Olympiad Grand Prix competitions in 2023 & 2024, featuring over 450 films from approximately 105 countries, the best of the bestcompeted from February 11th to February 23rd in a thrilling showdown.

This edition featured some of the most celebrated creators and actors, including:

• Coleman Domingo 🇺🇸, Oscar-nominated for Best Actor in both 2024 & 2025, who won the Film Olympiad Gold Medal for Leading Actor.
• Lily Gladstone 🇺🇸, also a 2024 Oscar nominee, the legendary Kevin Bacon 🇺🇸, Emmy winners Christina Pickles 🇬🇧 & Patrika Darbo 🇺🇸, and Harry Potter star Evanna Lynch 🇮🇪.

🎥 A Unique Competition System & Live Screenings

The 120 best short films of the Grand Prix events competed in the Superfinal, following the unique Film Olympiad competition system—divided into groups leading to knockout stages, vying for the Best Film Gold Medal, medals in 30 categories, and cash prizes in seven categories.

Additionally, 42 films were screened with a live audience at the historic Galaxias cinema in Athens 🇬🇷, in two epic 5-hour marathon screenings.
